- Products & Pricing
All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change the prices of our products at any time without prior notice. Any promotions, discounts, or offers are subject to specific terms and conditions and may be withdrawn at any time. - Shipping & Delivery
- Free shipping is available for prepaid orders above ₹499. Cash on delivery (COD) is available at an additional charge of ₹25.
- We aim to deliver your orders within 3-7 business days; however, unforeseen factors may delay delivery.
- For discounted or promotional products, the shipping charges are subject to change. Please refer to the product page for exact shipping details.
- Returns & Replacements
- Our return policy lasts for 7 days from the date of delivery, and applies only to damaged or defective products.
- To process a return or replacement, you must provide an unboxing video as proof of damage.
- If you receive a package that appears damaged, please note the damage in the courier’s remark section before signing for the delivery. This will assist us in filing claims with the courier service.
- Payments
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and cash on delivery (with an additional fee of ₹25). All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. In such cases, you may follow our return and refund policy. - Intellectual Property
